All prices are inclusive. VAT and other taxes.

Prices are fair prices.

When you deal with Shop Dolphin agreements in Danish:

If you have created a user profile on shopdolphin.dk, you can log in and view previous orders. If you wish to receive a new copy of your invoice you can print it from the menu My Account

PAYMENT

On shopdolphin.dk may be paid as follows:

Dankort & VisaDankort

 Account (Only for employed persons, gymnasiums, swimming clubs and public institutions)

All transactions on shopdolphin.dk are free of charge.

Dankort you are always protected against abuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your statement. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment. You are thus better protected than in the physical world where you have an excess of DKK 1,200 if your credit card is misused by using the pin code.

HOW IS YOU

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed your order you will automatically receive an order confirmation via E-mail.

With your login to shopdolphin.dk, you can always see your previous orders by logging into the "My Account". Do not have a login and wish you later to receive a copy of your invoice, you can send an email to sales @ shop dolphin @ com

Electronic invoice

If you shop for a public institutionog wish to receive an electronic invoice, we can also make this. Simply enter in your kommentater EAN No. and any reference numbers

SHIPPING

The freight depends on the weight of the item. Shipping prices can be seen before you confirm the order and automatically calculated after the goods you bought. Shipment is with Post Denmark.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You always have 14 days to cancel when you shop at Shop Dolphin. The right of withdrawal shall begin on the day you receive your item.

The right can only be exercised if the product is returned in the same condition. The right of withdrawal lapses if you use the product in a way that obviously reduces the sales value significantly.

When the right of withdrawal is used, you must pay postage to send the product back.

When you shop at Shop Dolphin you have 2 year warranty. This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. This condition of course that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not due to misuse of the product or other injurious behavior.

There must be given within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If a complaint within two months, the complaint will always be timely.
